WHEN ???? Sunday January 24th
doors open at 1pm, fun starts at 2pm
WHERE?? Annapolis Elks, 2517 Solomon's Island Rd
Edgewater, MD 21037
(same place as our annual yard sale)
It is a bunch of vendors who get together and auction items for just 1
to 4 quarters! And it usually lasts about 2 hours since you have over
100 items that you could win for just quarters! Vendors like some
local specialty Scrapbook Stores, Creative Memories, Cropmania,
Close to my Heart, Breezy Designs, Harbor Scrapbooking, Stampin Up
Club Scrap and more. Everything from papers to stickles to
scrapbook storage items to cricut items!
HOW DOES IT WORK???
It costs $3 to get a paddle with a number on it and there are usually
110 items you can bid on and one whole round is a fundraiser! And of
course there are door prizes too that everyone has a chance to win!
The bidding is based on the retail value of the item, so if you see an
item you want to bid on, just throw in the quarter value associated
with it into the bowl at your table. You then raise your numbered
paddle you were given when you walked in the door. Once all the
quarters are collected, a number is picked out of a big bucket of
numbered ping pong balls. If your number is picked....you WIN! If
your number was picked and you DID NOT bid on it, you have to do
the honor system and shout "NO BID". Numbers will be picked until a
winning number is called out. Here is the bid schedule:
$10-$20 Retail is a 1 quarter bid
$21-$40 Retail is a 2 quarter bid
$41-$60 Retail is a 3 quarter bid
$61 plus Retail is a 4 quarter bid
Where else can you win in a cricut cartridge for 50 cents or a basket
full of stickles for just a quarter?!?! Come to play and win!!
Don't forget your quarters!!! But just in case, we will have a banker
who will have quarters for you to swap out your dollar bills.

Heart, Creative Memories, Breezy Designs, Club Scrap, Stampin' UP,
and Silpada Designs.
DIRECTIONS TO THE ELKS LODGE:
From Columbia area:
* Take Route 32 east towards Annapolis
* Route 32 will merge into I-97 - stay with I-97
* I-97 ends near Annapolis. Take the exit for US Route 50 east
towards Annapolis
* Stay to the right on the exit ramp and take the exit for Aris T.
Allen Blvd / MD 665 towards Riva Rd
* Go about 1 mile and take the exit for Route 2 (Solomon's Island Rd)
South towards Edgewater. Stay to the left on the exit ramp.
* When you come off the exit ramp, proceed across Route 2 onto
Grand Oak Drive and then make an immediate left onto Pythian Drive.
Proceed straight and the Elks lodge will be on the left.
From Washington Beltway / Bowie / Crofton:
* Take Route 50 east towards Annapolis
* Take Exit 22, Aris T. Allen Blvd / MD 665 towards Riva Rd
* Go about 1 mile and take the exit for Route 2 (Solomon's Island Rd)
South towards
Edgewater. Stay to the left on the exit ramp.
* When you come off the exit ramp, proceed across Route 2 onto
Grand Oak Drive and then make an immediate left onto Pythian Drive.
Proceed straight and the Elks lodge will be on the left.
From Baltimore:
* Take I-97 south from Baltimore Beltway towards Annapolis.
* I-97 ends near Annapolis. Take the exit for US Route 50 east
towards Annapolis
* Stay to the right on the exit ramp and take the exit for Aris T.
Allen Blvd / MD 665 towards Riva Rd
* Go about 1 mile and take the exit for Route 2 (Solomon's Island Rd)
South towards Edgewater. Stay to the left on the exit ramp.
* When you come off the exit ramp, proceed across Route 2 onto

From the South:
*Head North on Rt 2
*After you pass the Knights of Columbus (on the Left), at the next
light turn right onto Grand Oak Drive, and immedialtely bear left
onto Pythian Drive. Proceed straight on Pythian and the Elks Lodge
will be on the left.
*If you pass Annapolis Harbour Place Mall, you just passed the Elks
Lodge and have gone too far. Turn around on Rt 2, go back and make a
Left onto Grand Oak Drive and bear immediately left on to Pythian
Drive. Lodge is on the left.
From the Eastern Shore:
*Travel West on Rt 50
*Take the MD - Rt 2 South exit - Exit 23A
*Turn Left and go .1 miles and then turn slight Right onto Solomons
Island Road/Rt 2 South
*Go 1.1 miles on Rt 2 going South and then make a Left at the light
onto Grand Oak Drive.
*Make IMMEDIATE left onto Pythian Drive and proceed straight,
the Elks lodge will be on the left.
